Our pigs are bought fresh never frozen from our respected local supplier.

They are slow cooked on a open spit over all natural hardwood lump charcoal.

Choice of Salads: 
Pasta Salad - Mixed Greens - Caesar Salad - Potato Salad - Coleslaw 

Packages includes: Cutlery and Plates (disposable), Serving utensils, Napkins,  Buffet Style Service.
  Add $1 per person for ice-cold soft drinks and water (Limited to one per person)

 ($400 deposit required at delivery, returned w/ pick-up & inspection)

Free delivery and pick-up to Ottawa area only, travel fee applies outside Ottawa area

 Takes approx. 8 hours to roast

Kit includes:

1 day pig spit rental (24/h)
1 50lb pig prepared and ready to roast on the spit
A lot of Hardwood lump charcoal – enough to last the day.
